Refund policy
To be eligible for a return,
- Contact us via emaill or whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- We need a opening/unboxing videos of the parcel from start to end without any pauses and Email or WhatsApp us your full video.

You can claim refund/return the product for the following cases only,
- The Item may be damaged during transit.(or)
- Wrong item is delivered to you
For DRESSES, There is NO EXCHANGE FOR SIZE .Kindly check our support team for size clarification before placing order.
Return of a product :
For returns of the product ,You have to pack the item(s) in same condition and courier the item(s) to our address.

We currently do not have the pickup option. So customer is requested to courier us back the defective product. Kindly Courier the Parcel in India Post.
Replacements and Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your returned item and inspect the item in same condition as we sent, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,
For Refunds ,you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For Replacements, we will replace the item at no extra cost if the product is available with us in stock else we will refund the amount.
The final decision regarding returns will be taken by the Kuviyal Toys.
Cancellation
Once order is dispatched, Cancellation of order is not possible. Kuviyal Toys has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Kuviyal Toys and accept Kuviyal Toys decision regarding the cancellation.
